Privacy Policy

Parley has no accounts, no analytics and no servers of its own that store your data.
What stays on your device
Recordings, transcripts, translations and summaries are stored only on your iPhone. Your OpenRouter key and Telegram bot token are stored in the iPhone Keychain. Deleting a recording or the app removes this data.
What is sent and where
- Speech recognition and translation. While you record, short audio clips are sent to OpenRouter using your own API key, and OpenRouter passes them to the model you selected. Summaries are made by sending the transcript text the same way. OpenRouter and model providers process this data under their own policies: openrouter.ai/privacy.
- Telegram. If you connect a Telegram bot, transcripts and summaries are sent to the chat you chose through the Telegram Bot API.
- Purchases. Pro is purchased through Apple. We do not receive your payment details.
Microphone
The microphone is used only during a recording to capture speech.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.

Что остаётся на устройстве
Записи, расшифровки, переводы и краткое содержание хранятся только на iPhone. Ключ OpenRouter и токен Telegram-бота хранятся в связке ключей iPhone. Удаление записи или приложения удаляет эти данные.
Что и куда отправляется
- Распознавание и перевод. Во время записи короткие фрагменты звука отправляются в OpenRouter по твоему ключу, а OpenRouter передаёт их выбранной модели. Для краткого содержания так же отправляется текст расшифровки. OpenRouter и поставщики моделей обрабатывают эти данные по своим правилам: openrouter.ai/privacy.
- Telegram. Если подключён Telegram-бот, расшифровки и краткое отправляются в выбранный чат через Telegram Bot API.
- Покупки. Pro покупается через Apple, платёжные данные к нам не попадают.
Микрофон
Микрофон используется только во время записи, чтобы получить речь.
